New Client: Williams Burger Days

Grill’d has launched a new upmarket burger concept and selected Flaunt to conduct the social media management. Williams Burger Days prides itself in offering the finest ingredients to create the best burgers in Australia and Flaunt has been tasked to create a unique tone of voice for the brand to tell the stories behind each dishes.
Williams Burger Days is a love project for Grill’d owner Simon Crowe and business partner Shane Pigdon. Together with chef Josh Powell (ex Vue de Monde) the team has created a menu featuring ingredients such as O’Connor beef, Mayura Station Wagu and seafood from Josh Nilland’s Fish Butchery.
The first restaurant is now open in Sydney with a second due in Melbourne soon. Stay tuned.
